“Is it ok to feel fear when I want to do something”? – I was asked once. The answer was: “Yes, but you so much more than that”. “It is ok to feel stress and worry when I think about the future”? “Of course, but you much more than that”.
I will never deny anybody’s experience, because their experience is real for them and is the best what they can come up with in this very moment. We are creating a box and everything outside the box looks scary. People often are looking for permission in order to start living life the way they want.
As long as we feel insecure and fearful – we will need borders. The thing is, we can build strong high walls, but the fear will remain, because the anxiety, concern, and unease have nothing to do with borders in the first place.
As long as we feel separate and think that success is outside ourselves – the border will exist.
For instance, exploring our true nature will not eliminate the struggle, worry or even stress, but certainly will be reduced significantly or it will have a completely different meaning.
Personally, when I perceive a feeling – negative or positive I become a student, an explorer having an experience of life in the moment.
Nature is wild and I am not different.
