The colours of the rainbow…

You may have a preferable colour, yet all the shades are astonishing and shine in their beauty.
We are not in power to change or control any colours of the rainbow. When sunlight passes through water droplets in the sky, causing the light to refract and reflect creating this amazing and magnificent picture, typically in the form of an arc.
Human thought is the same – a majestic power. It is documented that a person has 60,000 to 90,000 thoughts per day. We all have different kinds of thinking – happy and scary, peaceful and agitating, but like the colours of the rainbow, none of the thinking is designed to do us harm.
Why then some thought’s seem more painful than others?
Due to a result of a misunderstanding.
We tend to give more attention, and for some reason to glorify certain types of thinking and avoid what is uncomfortable, creating a conflict within ourselves, and the internal war begins.
We have the choice to hold to a thought or not. The capacity to notice all the thoughts playing out, like an orchestra – is the gift.
Dismissing the gift will create more suffering.
