My name is Oleg Caraus and I have dedicated my life to serving people with love, honesty, respect, and understanding.  I love the experience of being with another person in the space of created trust, commitment, and vision.

I was born in Moldova. Used to live on one euro a day when I was a teenager. I have dropped out of University to travel abroad to find happiness. When I was 19 years of age I have left Moldova and never returned back.

Since 2003 I live in Dublin, Ireland. This country is my home now.

I arrived in Ireland only with two English words:  “People and Everybody”.  At the time I was determined to learn English within 6 months. I was learning 20 words a day and going to evening classes just to make sure I can start speaking as soon as possible. I was doing a lot of grammar mistakes, but I did not care, because I went through the same kind of experience 3 years before, when I was learning the German language.

In 2010 I have graduated with an Honours Bachelor Degree in Management.  Since then I have discovered the world of change and transformation. In the last 5 years, I am working with people to enable them to realize their full potential.

I am a former Business Analyst and currently working full time as a coach. In the last 6 years, in particular, I have invested heavily in coaching.  I worked with the best coaches in the industry.

The phrase which had an impact on me was: “If you want to change the visible you must change the invisible”.  In another way, your mindset is the key to your success. If your grounding is right – the rest will follow.

I started exploring the inside-out nature of reality and all my life transformed in a way, that I’ve never imagined was possible.

Love, honesty, respect – are a deep exploration of life.

I create the space, where people find their own way in life. I can’t claim the success because people do that for themselves. I don’t ask for testimonials because I am just the mirror.

When I am not working, I love spending time with my family. I am in a relationship for 18 years now. We travel and have a lot of fun together.
